Dutch furniture & pottery
The Rijksmuseum closed its doors hours after we left when some
workers discovered what they thought was asbestos, and remained
closed the duration of our visit. The museum was later declared
asbestos-free.

Olde Kirk
Narrow alleyways, Prostitutes & Sex shops
The Red Light District was much tamer than we expected.
Perhaps it's because we've been to places like Miami, the Florida
Keys, and San Francisco that it didn't shock us, but the same scene
in the U.S. would have been a lot seedier and dangerous, and probably
would have involved some sort of gunfire. |
